Christmas is a time for joyful cheers, fruitcakes and a lot of royal icing! This pic shows specially ordered fruit-cupcakes decorated with a little snow family for the very, special occassion.

Baby Full Moon

Recently, a customer ordered "full moon" cupcakes for a little boy! :)

Booties and bibs were specially handcrafted with sugar paste icing. This was mixed and matched with some lovey dovey cupcakes (shown below) for a wonderful splash of colours.

Books galore

A lover of books, my friend Mary's brother is usually teased for being the bookworm of the family. For his birthday, made a chocolate cake (Mary's favourite) with buttercream icing.

This is decorated with stacks of books in sugar icing and a little, nerdy looking bookworm on top. The apple at the side? Well, every bookworm should know that an apple a day, keeps the doctor away. :D

Graduations

Graduations signifiy the crossing of a very distinctive line between being a carefree teenager to a swanky young adult. Just last week, my sis' best friend Zee Wan, graduated from Deakin University.

For this celebration, I made a chocolate rice and walnut cake filled with vanilla butter cream. The cake is then transformed to a mortarboard with yummy chocolate sugar paste icing.

The green tassle is not synonymous with Deakin though... it's Z1's favourite colour!

Oh no, mouse got to it first!

Made this for a sweet girl (born in the year of the Rat) I met recently. Don't be deceived by its looks... this is a double layer chocolate cake with french vanilla butter cream and sugar paste icing on the top. :)

Theme of the cake is that the gift itself is the block of yummy cheese wrapped in nice pink ribbon... Alas, a cute, little white mouse got to it first!

1. Jobo Chocolate Cake - RM60

Bonkers' signature cake and a favourite amongst customers. My first customer Jobo, insisted on the cake being named after her due to her repetitive orders! It's soft, lush texture and its chocolatey finish is sandwiched between layers of fresh cream, which makes this cake so good, yet so sinful...


2. Nutty Carrot Cake - RM60

A personal favourite of mine, this moist carrot cake is made with fresh carrots and has bits of walnut for an extra crunch. To top it up, a delicious layer of cream cheese is sandwiched in the cake with plentiful all around it.

3. Fresh Fruit Flan - RM60













Soft, soft sponge, with fresh cream and fresh fruits. A very light and delightful cake, which would endear itself to even the most health conscious.


4. Autumn Cheesecake (Apple) - RM60














I love apples in everything. This cake has been concocted to perfection with the right mix of cheese and tangy green apple with cinnamon to flavour. Delectable in every bite.


Birthday Special - King/Queen of the World - RM110

Surprise someone special with a potent cocktail hidden in this 20X10 inch cake shaped as a bejewelled crown.
